Check your email! We have a Staging Details Form waiting for your information. Once submitted your proposal will be on the way.
Simply select a package, add any options you may need and submit the form. We will review your request and contact you to finalize the details.
We will send your contracts and agreement out for signing. Payment options will be included for your review. We strive to help support making the payment process as easy as possible.
Once we have agreements signed and deposits paid, we will schedule a site visit. We will measure the property, take notes, and photography. Then we return to the warehouse to start the design process, securing the items for your property on staging day!
We will calendar and confirm our arrival time and date at your property. Times will be given to clients once we have a scope of the job before staging day. We require all trades and homeowners absent during the installation.
We require a two month contract. We recommend not ordering your destaging until the property is in a solid contract, inspections complete and all contingencies lifted. We request a 7 day written notice to destage the property.
